Commitment to Quality Improvement

We would like to share some of our ongoing findings with you.

  1. Our latest surveys show a 99% satisfaction rate with our services.
  2. 98% of you would recommend our services to others.
  3. 100% of those completing a counseling appointment expect your financial situation to improve as a result of the counseling.
  4. 97% of those using our services find our fees fair.
  5. 99% of those attending our education programs thought the materials were helpful and learned something that they could use from the program.  
  6. 98% of those attending our education programs thought the course materials were relevant to their lives.
  7. 95% of clients using the Debt Management Program feel they are making progress towards their financial goals.
  8. 98% of clients using a Debt Management Program feel their debt load is decreasing.
  9. 75% of clients using a Debt Management Program feel less stressed about their finances and more confident in handling their finances.
  10. The following are a few of the things we have done to improve our services this year. We have moved to a new location for your convenience and comfort. We have expanded our evening hours to three nights a week. We have added new education classes and class times.
