Savings Match ProgramThis Individual Development Account (IDA) program is designed to help low-to-moderate income individuals and families become homeowners or small business owners. The program matches participants savings at a 4 to 1 rate, helping the savings to grow more quickly. The savings can be used for expenses associated with purchasing a home, attaining or maintaining a business, and completing post-secondary education. Program participants must complete a counseling session with CCCS and also attend and complete the financial education course Credit When Credit Is Due in the classroom. Other education courses may be required or offered to help the participant reach their goal. (please see Education tab for class dates and education courses offered) |
