Bankruptcy

photoConsidering filing for bankruptcy? This can be a confusing and emotional time. We have developed special programs to help you through this difficult process.

The new bankruptcy law states you must complete a counseling session from an approved credit counseling agency and obtain a certificate of bankruptcy counseling prior to filing for bankruptcy. You must also complete a financial education program and receive an education certificate from an approved provider prior to your bankruptcy being discharged. Our Pre-filing Bankruptcy Counseling and Pre-discharge Bankruptcy Education will help you make informed choices.
